Reports

Your organization panel includes a set of reports covering completion, quizzes, certificates, revenue, events, and activity. This article lists what each report shows, explains why some may be hidden for you, and covers exporting. It is written for organization admins.

Where to find it

Sign in at /org-admin and click Reports in the sidebar. The page shows a card for each report you can open; clicking a card opens that report's filterable table. You only see cards that both your role permissions and your plan tier allow, so two admins on different plans can see different sets.

Attendance reporting is separate: it lives under the Attendance menu (with Reports and Summary entries) and only appears when your plan includes attendance tracking.

What each report covers

Report What it shows
Course Completion Learner enrollment status, progress percentages, and completion dates
Group Completion Completion breakdown per group within your organization
Seat Utilization Seat pack usage showing purchased, assigned, and available seats
Certification Progress Online training, event attendance, and practical sign-off for each learner on a blended certification
Certificate Log Issued certificates with validity status: valid, expiring, or expired
Revenue Order transactions showing date, amounts, user, and payment status
Organization Completion Organization-wide completion across every course and learner
Quiz Scores Individual learner quiz scores with pass and fail outcomes
Quiz Statistics Aggregate quiz performance: averages, pass rates, and question difficulty
Time on Task Engagement and time spent per learner across courses
Event Attendance Registered, attended, and no-show counts per event
SCORM Course SCORM module progress, completion status, and scores per learner
Tin Can (xAPI) xAPI / Tin Can statement log across SCORM and interactive content
xAPI Quiz xAPI quiz interaction results captured from SCORM content per learner

All data is scoped to your organization: your learners, your groups, your orders.

Run and filter a report

  1. Open Reports and click a card.
  2. Use the filters at the top of the report. Depending on the report these include status, course, group, and date ranges.
  3. Sort columns and page through the results. Summary cards, where present, give quick totals.

Export a report

Most report screens have an Export CSV button in the top corner.

  1. Set the filters you want first; the export uses the same filters as the table on screen.
  2. Click Export CSV. The file is generated and downloads in your browser.

Exporting requires the report export permission on your account, so on some reports the button is only shown to roles that have it. A couple of screens (Certification Progress and Quiz Statistics) are view-only and have no export button.

Why did this happen?

Why do I see fewer report cards than a colleague?

Each card is gated twice: by a role permission (for example, the revenue report needs the revenue permission) and by a plan feature (progress reports, course outcome reports, and financial reports are separate plan groups). A different role or a different plan tier produces a different set of cards.

Why is the Reports menu missing entirely?

The sidebar item itself requires the course completion report permission. If your account's role does not include it, the menu is hidden. If your plan includes no reporting features at all, the Reports page shows an upgrade prompt instead of cards.

Why don't the summary numbers match the grand total?

On the Revenue report the summary cards are labeled per page, for example "Total Revenue (page)". They add up the rows currently on screen, not every row in the report. The "Total Records" figure reflects the full result count. Export the report to work with the complete data set.

Why is there no Export button on a report I can open?

Two reasons are possible: that particular report has no export (Certification Progress and Quiz Statistics), or your role lacks the export permission, which hides the button on reports that check it.

Where did attendance reports go?

They were never under Reports. Attendance has its own sidebar menu with Take Attendance, Setup, Warnings, Temp Attendees, Reports, and Summary. The menu only appears when your plan includes attendance tracking, and the Summary screen additionally follows your plan's reporting features.

Why does a report open as "Upgrade required"?

Reports stay reachable by direct address even when the menu hides them. If your plan does not include that report's feature group, the address shows an upgrade prompt rather than a broken page. Compare plans from the prompt, or ask your provider.

If a report looks wrong rather than missing, raise it through support with the report name and the filters you used.
