On this page
Your organization has its own training site, and you control most of how it looks: logos, colors, the home page hero, footer details, and extra pages. This article is for organization admins and explains what you can change yourself, what your provider manages for you, and how those choices show up for your learners.
Where to find it
Sign in to your admin panel at /org-admin and click Settings, the last item in the sidebar before the View Site and Knowledge Base links. The Organization Settings page is split into tabs: Branding, Theme & Pages, Email, Tax, and Domains. Which tabs you see depends on your plan tier, so a missing tab usually means your plan does not include that feature.
The sidebar also shows a View Site link that opens your storefront in a new tab, so you can check changes as you make them.
Update your logos and colors
- Go to Settings and open the Branding tab.
- In Logos & Favicon, set a logo for light backgrounds and one for dark backgrounds, pick a favicon (the browser tab icon), and optionally set a logo height in pixels (the default is 60).
- In Organization Colors & Details, choose your colors. Depending on the theme, this can include primary, secondary, accent, and button colors.
- Click Save Settings.
Images are picked from your file library, so you can upload once and reuse the same asset in several slots.
Set up your home page and footer
The Branding tab also controls the public-facing content blocks:
- Landing Page Hero: a full-width background image plus eyebrow text, headline, subtitle, and a call-to-action button with its own link.
- Login / Register Illustration: the image shown beside your sign-in and registration forms.
- Footer Contact & Hours: your address, business hours, support email, support phone, and website link.
- Social Media Links: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter / X.
- Legal Links (Footer) and an optional Footer Badge / Medallion, useful for an accreditation seal.
Each section has its own Save button, so you can update one block without touching the rest.
Manage your theme and pages
Open the Theme & Pages tab.
- Theme Selection shows which theme your site runs on. For organization admins this is read only: the active theme is set for you by your provider.
- The pages manager lists your site's built-in pages (for example Events, Contact, About, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions) with enable and disable toggles. Turning a page off removes it from your site navigation and makes its address unavailable.
- Essential pages (Home, Cart, and the checkout pages) are always on and cannot be disabled. Detail pages such as the course and event detail pages follow their listing page, so disabling the listing hides them too.
- You can create custom pages with a title, web address slug, a Branded or Plain layout, Markdown or HTML content, and search-engine settings (meta title and description).
- You can also add custom CSS or JavaScript that loads in the page head or at the end of the body, for fine-grained styling tweaks.
Who controls what
On your own site, your branding takes priority: anything you set overrides your provider's defaults, and anything you leave blank falls back to them. A few identity-level settings are governed by your provider and appear read only to you: your display name, your email sender name and address, your custom domains (shown in the Domains tab), and the active theme. If one of these needs to change, ask your provider.
What your learners see
Your learners visit your organization's own site address. Your logos, colors, hero, and footer apply across the storefront and the sign-in pages there. Navigation adjusts automatically: disabled pages drop out of the menu, and the Events link only appears once your organization has at least one published, public, upcoming event of its own.
Why did this happen?
Why can't I edit our display name or email sender?
Those fields are managed by your provider, so they appear disabled with a note in the Branding tab. They affect how your organization is identified across the platform and in outgoing email, which is why they are not self-service. Contact your provider to change them.
Why don't I see the Branding tab, or the Settings item at all?
The Settings menu item requires the organization settings permission on your account. Inside Settings, each tab is tied to a plan feature, so a plan without branding or theme features hides those tabs, and opening one by direct link shows an upgrade prompt instead.
Why is the theme dropdown locked?
Theme selection is governed by your provider. The page shows "The active theme is set for you by your provider." You can still manage pages and custom CSS and JavaScript under the same tab.
Why doesn't Events appear in our site menu?
On an organization storefront the Events menu only appears when your organization has at least one published, upcoming event with public visibility. Once such an event exists, the link shows up on its own. The events pages themselves are still reachable by address in the meantime.
Why can't I turn off the Home or checkout pages?
Home, Cart, Checkout, and the checkout success and cancel pages are locked because the storefront cannot function without them. They have no toggle in the pages manager.
Why was I asked to sign in again on our custom domain?
Sign-in sessions are tied to each website address. Being signed in on the main site does not sign you in on your organization's subdomain or custom domain, and the reverse is also true. Sign in once per address you use.
